About Us

  • We are a non-profit organization dedicated to making soccer accessible to all youth. Our organization was founded in March of 2023 by lifelong friends and college soccer teammates who share a passion for the sport and a desire to give back to the communities where they grew up.

  • At Community First Soccer Organization, our mission is simple: we strive to create opportunities for all youth to access the sport of soccer, regardless of their background. We believe that every child deserves the chance to experience the joy and benefits of playing soccer, and we are committed to making this a reality. We aim to provide easily accessible soccer fields, regularly organized activities, and free or reduced cost soccer programs and equipment to ensure that all youth can participate.

Our organization prioritizes our efforts in neighborhoods with the greatest need. We want to create a positive and supportive environment where youth can grow and develop as soccer players and individuals. By fostering a love for the game and providing resources to young people, we hope to help them succeed both on and off the soccer field.

  • At Community First Soccer Organization we are fully committed to our mission and use all donations to support our initiatives. We accept support in any form and encourage anyone who wants to help to contact us and get involved in any way they can!

Community First Soccer Organization has also been designated 501(c)3 tax exemption status. This means donors can deduct contributions made to us under IRC Section 170.

  • 2023 Summer Soccer Camp:

To kick-off our mission of making soccer accessible to all youth, we are thrilled to announce our first-of-its-kind summer soccer camp in Yakima Valley. Our kids camp is open to ages 4-18 and aims to provide a 100% FREE experience, including registration, shirts, posters, and other gifts, as well as free parking for parents.

We are partnering with professional, semi-professional, and college coaches/players from all over Washington to volunteer their time and provide top-notch coaching and interaction with the kids. We are also working closely with local schools, youth soccer clubs, and leagues to ensure that we reach as many kids as possible.

Our goal is to create the biggest summer soccer camp in Yakima and make it an annual event going forward. This is an incredible opportunity for kids to learn and grow in the sport of soccer while having fun with friends.

    Camp Date: July 28th, 2023

    Expected Attendance: 300+

    Location: Sozo Sports Complex

    How to support the camp:

As a non-profit organization, we rely on the support of the community to make our mission a reality. We are currently seeking donations, volunteers, and services to make our summer camp as accessible as possible. Our goal is to provide this camp 100% free of charge. To achieve this goal, we need your help to cover expenses that come with organizing this camp. Additionally, we hope to go above and beyond by providing the kids with free camp shirts, posters, and other gifts if possible. Below is a list of expenses we are working to cover and gifts we are hoping to provide our kids:

    Field Rental

    Equipment (balls, cones, etc.)

Snacks and water for the kids

Camp gear (shirts, soccer balls, etc.)

Any donation or support, no matter how small, will make a significant impact on the success of our camp. We are open to additional ideas based on whatever you can support our camp with as well. Thank you for considering supporting our organization and helping us make a difference in the lives of young people in the Yakima Valley community!
